The beginning
Where money began.
The Lydian Lion is the first release in the Culture Struck collection, inspired by the earliest known coinage of ancient Lydia. Before coinage became widespread, value moved through weighed metals, exchange, and trust. In Lydia, that trust was struck into metal. The result was small, irregular, and revolutionary.
CS 001 / The reverse
Every strike
has two sides.
Two recessed impressions and an uneven surface complete our digital interpretation. An imagined reverse in the same electrum palette, presented as contemporary artwork inspired by ancient coinage.
Chapter 01
Before Money
Before coins, exchange depended on barter, weighed bullion, and systems of value that were often local, variable, and difficult to standardize.
Coinage changed that. A stamped piece of metal could declare authority, weight, and legitimacy in a single object.
Chapter 02
Lydia
Located in western Anatolia, ancient Lydia is widely associated with the earliest known coinage.
Its coinage, often made in electrum, emerged as one of the first great turning points in the history of money: value made portable, recognizable, and official.
Chapter 03
The Lion
The lion is among the defining motifs associated with early Lydian coinage. Struck into the surface with force and simplicity, it appears less as decoration than as a mark of power.
Direct. Ancient. Unmistakable.
Chapter 04
Electrum
Early Lydian coins were often struck in electrum, a naturally occurring alloy of gold and silver.
This gave them an unusual tone: neither purely gold nor purely silver, but something in between. A metal fit for beginnings.
Chapter 05
The Object
CS 001 is a contemporary digital reconstruction inspired by the earliest Lydian coinage.
It is intentionally irregular. Uneven at the edge. Primitive in form. Textured like an unearthed object. A digital coin artwork that gives the planned memecoin its visual identity.

Why It Matters
Every collection needs a first object. Culture Struck begins with one of the earliest chapters in coinage: a struck surface, a powerful symbol, and the idea that meaning can be carried in metal.

We commit to no undisclosed team-controlled buying, fabricated trading volume, or paid promotion presented as independent support. Team-controlled wallets and paid collaborations will be disclosed.
03 / Show the evidence
Make it verifiable.
We will publish the contract address, relevant token permissions, and liquidity arrangements, including who can withdraw liquidity and any lock conditions.
